Nasturtium Pesto

"The wonderful peppery flavour of Nasturtium leaves, works really well in this simple and quick pesto recipe. This recipe can be adapted for any flavoursome leaf that you fancy."

Ingredients

nasturtium leaves: 130 grams, washed

pecorino cheese: 90g Grated

almonds (toasted): 90g flaked

garlic: 1 clove

lemon: 1, juiced

olive oil: 150mls

salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • To make the pesto, blitz all the ingredients apart from the cheese in a blender, stir in the cheese, and adjust the seasoning to taste.
