Cucumber Peppermint Tea

Say aaah. It’s time for cool, summer beverages.

Ingredients

green tea (quality): 1 cup

honey: 1 tbsp

lemon juice: splash

peppermint leaves: 3 tbsp

cucumbers: 1/4 cup, chopped

Instructions

  1. Make green tea as you normally do, let cool for 10 minutes. If you want it it chilled, stick in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  2. Add honey and lemon juice into the cup of green tea and stir.

  3. Add peppermint leaves and cucumbers and stir gain. Garnish with additional peppermint if you'd like.
